Heat regulations
Owners must provide heat from October 1-May 31 between the hours of 6 am and 10 pmwhenever the outside temp falls below 55 degrees fahrenheit you must maintain temp in your tenant apt of at least 68 degrees fahrenheit
Between the hours of 10 pm and 6 pm you must keep the apt at a minimum of 55 degrees fahrenheit when the outside temp falls below 40 degrees fahrenheit
