Loft 3 Miami Canceled

Loft 3 downtown Miami is a wrap,its official ladies and gentleman!I got the unoffical word yesterday.They will make the official announcement on Monday.Its over.If you sent in only the first deposit you are assed out.They will say you defaulted on your contract by not sending in second deposit.But for those who sent in two deposits,such as myself ,you will be receving a 100%refund plus interest.The catch is you have to call and ask for you money back.My thought is you will only have a small window after the annoucement to request a refund,before they say you defaulted by letting the refund window close.So Monday morning get on the F ing phone.Remember you heard it here first!!
